This yoga class is for newer students, continuing beginners and anyone who wants to review the basic components of Asanas (postures) including the vinyasa flow sequence that is incorporated in more vigorous classes.
A gentle, flowing class designed for the beginner or those new to yoga. Explore the body in order to achieve an understanding of the basic yoga fundamentals-alignment, breath and meditative awareness.
This Pre-1 level class offers a time to dialog with the instructor: get more specific information about poses, to have time to ask questions and learn more about yoga! Very supportive and welcoming class--a great place to start if you are curious about yoga.
The fundamentals of a yoga practice are presented in beginner classes. These classes are appropriate for those who are new to yoga or are re-entering their yoga practice. Please inform the instructor if you have any physical limitations-appropriate accommodations can be made.
